→ My ankles retain stable circulation and balanced fluid movement. Blood flows strongly through my lower limbs, supporting lightness and mobility. Venous pathways guide steady return toward my heart, sustaining organized distribution throughout my legs.

→ Blood circulates cleanly through every chamber of my heart. My inner walls support smooth passage and structured flow, allowing continuous movement with each contraction. Cardiac cavities manage blood volume with coordinated rhythm and stable interior surfaces.

→ My blood pressure stays stable during all levels of activity. My heart delivers forceful output that drives full-body perfusion. Vascular tone adjusts responsively, reinforcing balanced circulation in motion and at rest.

→ My body weight remains in regulated internal balance. My heart and kidneys coordinate fluid management with precision, distributing volume evenly across tissues. Daily regulation supports firm structure and steady systemic control.

Amen.
