→ My lungs function with strength and depth through the night. Air flows freely into the lower passages, supporting complete oxygen transfer into my bloodstream. Rest proceeds under strong respiratory support and coordinated heart activity.

→ My abdomen holds firm and comfortable alignment. Venous blood moves smoothly back toward my heart, supporting organized circulation throughout my body. Internal organs operate under balanced pressure and stable fluid regulation.

→ My pulse carries decisive strength, even under light exertion. My cardiac output delivers steady volume into systemic circulation, matching effort with controlled power. Each contraction reinforces dependable blood movement.

→ Lying down supports seamless coordination between my lungs and heart. Oxygen distribution continues efficiently in every position, and circulation sustains stable delivery to all tissues. Rest brings structured breathing with supported cardiac function.

God’s healing power is working mightily in my heart, restoring every damaged cell, tissue, vein, nerve, and organ to full wholeness. Healing is mine—now and always. Amen.
