→ IN THE NAME OF JESUS, I keep my head properly aligned over my neck in daily posture. I avoid constant forward bending that increases pressure on my discs and strains the ligaments at the back of my neck. My workstation supports a natural neck curve and balanced weight distribution.
→ I break up long periods of sitting or stillness during work. I prevent extended pressure on my neck discs that raises internal disc stress and reduces healthy fluid flow. Regular movement restores healthy pressure balance across my neck.
→ I control twisting and backward strain on my neck joints. I avoid repeated one-sided tilting or loaded rotation that places excess stress on the small joints. My movements spread force evenly across the bones and joints of my neck.
→ My sleep position maintains a natural neck curve. I avoid prolonged bending or overextension that strains ligaments and joint capsules. Proper pillow support keeps my neck aligned throughout the night.
→ I maintain strong and balanced muscle support around my neck. The deep front neck muscles and upper back stabilizers stay active and conditioned, preventing excess pressure on my discs and side joints.
