Iron in my bloodstream circulates steadily and reaches developing red blood cells without restriction. Healthy hemoglobin components form in my red blood cell-forming cells.
→ Iron joining the heme structure in my developing red blood cells proceeds in correct biochemical order. Iron atoms connect with the ring structure in proper position during hemoglobin formation. Balanced heme formation strengthens hemoglobin structure in my red blood cells.
