This declaration addresses hereditary transmission of sickle cell mutation, where a change in the HBB gene on chromosome 11 leads to production of hemoglobin S. It speaks to inherited gene patterns, mutation at the sixth position of the beta-globin chain, risk of abnormal hemoglobin clumping, and preserved genetic integrity with stable hemoglobin structure.

I Have What I Say

→ IN THE NAME OF JESUS, my beta-globin gene on chromosome 11 carries the normal beta-globin pattern in both inherited copies. The genetic instructions within this gene remain complete and properly arranged, supporting healthy hemoglobin formation and stable oxygen-carrying structure in every red blood cell within my circulation.

→ The gene copies passed to me from my parents preserve the normal beta-globin coding sequence. The sixth position in the beta-globin chain carries the correct genetic instruction, sustaining proper hemoglobin structure and preserving balanced oxygen transport throughout my bloodstream.

→ My inherited DNA maintains stable beta-globin identity across generations. The genetic pattern responsible for hemoglobin production remains intact within my family line and reproductive inheritance, supporting reliable formation of healthy hemoglobin in my blood and preserving stable genetic continuity.

→ My genetic makeup produces hemoglobin A at both gene positions. The instruction at position six consistently produces the correct protein building block, sustaining normal hemoglobin formation and preserving strong red blood cell function throughout my body.

→ Genetic transmission in my lineage preserves continuity of the normal beta-globin form. Gene copying during cell division and inheritance through family lines maintain structured and stable hemoglobin gene integrity across generations.
