→ IN THE NAME OF JESUS, my lungs function with full expansion and clear air exchange. Each breath moves deeply into responsive alveoli, supporting complete oxygen transfer into my bloodstream. Respiratory movement coordinates with cardiac output, reinforcing steady systemic support.

→ Circulation through my lower limbs flows in balanced rhythm. Venous pathways guide steady return toward my heart, and fluid distribution remains even across my tissues. My legs retain lightness, structure, and controlled internal balance.

→ My body weight remains stable under regulated fluid balance from day to day. The kidneys and heart coordinate fluid management with precision, directing stable distribution throughout my system. Internal balance governs composition with disciplined control.

→ Cardiac structure holds firm proportion and efficient pumping strength. The chambers drive decisive contraction, propelling blood forward with measured force. My heart delivers sustained output that supports organized systemic circulation.

→ Blood distribution reaches every organ and tissue in structured flow. Perfusion supports cellular energy production, reinforcing vitality across my body. Endurance rises from dependable circulation and coordinated heart performance.
