I Have What I Say

→ IN THE NAME OF JESUS, movement between adjacent vertebrae in my cervical spine stays within normal range and coordinated alignment. The sliding and rotational motion between my vertebrae functions within structured mechanical limits at every level.

→ Stability across my cervical motion segments reflects balanced ligament tension and organized disc support. Vertebral alignment in my neck supports controlled forward, backward, and rotational movement with proportionate restraint during activity.

→ Movement between my cervical vertebrae reflects regulated degrees of bending forward, bending backward, turning, and side bending. Each segment retains coordinated mechanical control and properly aligned joint contact during motion.

→ The bones and surrounding soft tissues in my cervical segments provide integrated load-sharing function. My facet joints, discs, and ligaments work together to sustain structured and stable neck movement.

→ Nerve and muscle coordination in my cervical spine reflects synchronized position-sensing signals and balanced muscle activation. My deep stabilizing muscles and postural muscles ensure controlled segment movement during both motion and stillness.

Amen.
