I Have What I Say
→ IN THE NAME OF JESUS, blood flow within my bones moves in coordinated balance, with steady incoming blood supply and smooth outgoing blood return supporting proper circulation through both the dense outer bone layer and the inner spongy bone structure. Small nourishing vessels inside my bones deliver consistent oxygen and nutrients, sustaining continuous bone cell activity and stable bone health across my skeleton.
→ Living bone cells inside my bone tissue remain healthy, supported by steady fluid exchange within small surrounding spaces and coordinated cell energy production inside the hardened bone structure. Cells in both dense and spongy bone regions produce adequate energy, sustaining strength and durability across weight-bearing areas of my bones.
→ The bone just beneath the joint surface displays organized internal support beams and balanced mineral strength protecting the overlying cartilage. Supporting bone layers preserve appropriate compressive strength, supporting stable joint function and proper weight distribution during movement and daily activity.
→ Blood flow inside my bone marrow cavities remains regulated, with smooth passage through small marrow channels and coordinated interaction between supporting cells and blood-forming tissue. My bone marrow environment supports stable nutrient exchange and preserves strong regenerative capacity across my bones.
→ The internal support network throughout my bones remains organized, with balanced bone-building activity and controlled bone breakdown maintaining structural continuity. My bone matrix preserves appropriate mineral density, supporting long-term skeletal strength, durability, and resistance to structural damage.
