This declaration addresses mitral regurgitation, where the mitral valve does not close fully and blood leaks backward into the left atrium. It speaks to valve weakness, extra strain on the atrium, and reduced effective blood flow from the heart during each beat.

I Have What I Say

→ IN THE NAME OF JESUS, my mitral valve closes firmly during every contraction of my heart. Blood flows forward into the aorta in clear and directed movement. The valve leaflets meet along their full edge, forming secure closure and establishing disciplined forward circulation.

→ The sounds of my heart remain clear and steady. Blood moves quietly across the mitral valve, and each listening reveals composed and organized rhythm. Cardiac sound holds smooth and well-formed cadence.

→ My left atrium retains healthy and proportionate size. Chamber walls retain thin and flexible structure, supporting balanced capacity. Atrial form holds stable and well-defined structure.

→ My left ventricle generates balanced workload in every contraction. Pumping force drives blood forward with efficient strength, and wall tension distributes evenly across the chamber. Systolic performance sustains steady and controlled effort.

→ Forward circulation delivers full and effective blood flow during each contraction. Net output reaches the arteries with adequate volume, supplying every tissue with rich perfusion. Each stroke drives purposeful and complete systemic delivery.

Amen.
